An elegant black and white watercolour of Courchevel in the Three Valleys, France. This was painted during my '30 days painting challenge' while James and I were ski training in Courchevel during January 2019. As with all my mountain paintings, I try to capture the emotions I experience whilst outside in the fresh mountain air with my paint and paper. I want to share the sense of calm and serenity with you. This collection of original watercolours is directly inspired by the pistes we skied down; the mountain ridges we travelled along and the epic scenes we saw while out exploring.
All watercolours are painted on watercolour paper and hand mounted in high quality card, ensuring that they will last. The outside of the card is a standard A4 size, so super easy to frame if you wish. Each painting is signed on the front and numbered with the day on which they were painted.
Each painting is approximately 8" x 6" (or 20cm x 15cm), and is mounted on card with an exterior size of A4 (8.3" x 11.7" or 21cm x 30cm).
All proceeds from my artwork go towards funding my disabled husband's (James') and my skiing career, representing Great Britain internationally as visually impaired skiers.
Courchevel #1 (15cm x 20cm)
Each painting will be posted to you in a stiff, reinforced envelope, and will be sent tracked. I will share the tracking number with you so that you know when it will arrive.
