What is my VIP List?

​My VIP List is a mailing list of my valued supporters and collectors. If you subscribe to my list, you will enjoy first access to new collections, first access to any potential discounts, and behind the scenes sneaky peaks straight from my studio. I promise not to bombard you and would love to have you sign up!

​Do I take commissions?

​I certainly do! I can paint in oil, acrylic or watercolours in a size that suits you. Please find more information here and contact me if you have any questions at all.

​​How often do I release collections?

​I typically release collections 2-3 times a year. You can see works currently available in my shop, or contact me to arrange a commission.

How long will it take for artworks to be sent to me?

I send paintings within 3 working days when I'm in the UK. I will not release collections before I am about to head to the mountains. If you have any questions then just contact me and I can let you know my schedule.

​How much is postage?​

Postage is calculated at the checkout. If you want more information, then please contact me for a tailored quotation.

Do I ship internationally?

​​Yes. You will be charged accordingly when you purchase any artwork from my shop. Please note that I now do not cover additional customs charges, so you will be responsible for those. Where the cost of postage is less than anticipated, I will refund you the difference.

​How do I post my artworks?

I package artworks thoroughly with high quality packaging materials to make them safe and secure when being sent. I send the package tracked and insured so you know exactly when it'll arrive.

What happens if artwork arrives damaged?

Because I package my pieces so well, this rarely happens! If however the artwork does arrive damaged, I will refund you the full amount and will also pay the postage fee for you to send the damaged artwork back to me, or potentially offer to paint you a replacement. I will also refund you the full amount if the artwork is lost.

​Can I return my artwork?

I do not offer returns as standard, but am willing to chat about potential solutions in exceptional situations as I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me if you have any questions at all.

Can I share images of your work?

I own the copyright on all my artwork. If you want to share my image please contact me and I will make sure you have a higher quality image to use. If you are using my image without gaining any profit, I will ask that you acknowledge I am the artist. If you are aiming to profit from my artwork, then please contact me and we can discuss licensing arrangements.
